Founded in 1955, LEPACK CO. (1955) LTD. is a division of the Sunbeam Group, serving in Hong Kong mainly as an agent for a wide variety of metal working machine tools; this year we are celebrating our 50th anniversary. LEPACK CO. (1955) LTD. formerly known as LEPACK COMPANY, started in the year 1920, it is principally a trading company specializing in consumer items; hereafter registered in 1955 to become LEPACK CO. (1955) LTD. and started to serve the Hong Kong industrial sectors.

In the past 50 years, LEPACK CO. (1955) LTD. bear witness to the transformation of Hong Kong's industries and grew with it. Actively participates in the Hong Kong Brands and Products Expo since the beginning of the 1960's organized by The Chinese Manufactures' of Hong Kong, further gaining the industries' support. By the 1970's, Hong Kong's industries started to take off, LEPACK CO. (1955) LTD. was one of the first company to bring in the milling machine, the grinder, the lathe, the electric discharge machine and a whole mix of other superior industry mold equipments from around the world. During the 1980's, the Hong Kong industry had began its metamorphosis, changing from a "quantity intensive" to a "quality intensive" manufacturing focus. LEPACK CO. (1955) LTD. was the first agent in Hong Kong to introduce the computer control milling machine and the computer control processing center, becoming the molding machinery industry's leader at the time. During the 1990's, as the majority of Hong Kong's industries moved into mainland China, LEPACK CO. (1955) LTD. then set up maintenance service center in Shenzhen to better serve our mainland customers.

Moving into the twenty first century, Hong Kong experienced the economic downturn brought on by the "911 event" in 2001, "SARS attack" in 2003 and the “American and Iraqi war", Hong Kong's manufacturing industries faced some extraordinary challenging times. In order to alleviate the tough times facing the manufacturing field, LEPACK CO. (1955) LTD. not only initiated large scale price cuts to its machineries, promotions such as the “cash rebate plan" and "discounted annual inspection plan" were also introduced, these served to directly reduced our customer's production cost and allow them to better handle challenges in the market.

Nowadays, LEPACK CO. (1955) LTD. is an agent for many well-known metal-working equipment brands from Europe, Taiwan and Japan; with customers in the toy, electrical appliances, timepiece, jewelry, eyeglasses and many other manufacturing industries.

LEPACK CO. (1955) LTD. is sole agent to four well known brand's products, Spain's "KONDIA" milling machine and high speed machining center; Taiwan's "BATAR" machining center, milling machine, surface grinder, lathe and electric discharge machine, CNC electric discharge and EDM wire-cut machine; Taiwan's "NUMERIKON" fuzzy logic electric discharge machine, CNC electric discharge machine and EDM wire-cut machine; Taiwan's "KONTROLMATIC" surface grinder machine.

In addition, LEPACK CO. (1955) LTD. also supply other well-known products, including Spain's "LAIP" CNC tool holder; Switzerland's "SUHNER" abrasive power tools and attachment; Germany's "PRECISE" high speed spindle; Taiwan's "GOODHAND" toggle clamp; Japan's "SUMTAK" and Spain's "FAGOR" digital readout system; Taiwan's "JAG-JIE-SP" grinding machine; Taiwan's "TAI PIIN" radial drilling machine; Taiwan's "WETORI" hydraulic clapper die spotting press machine.

For many years, LEPACK CO. (1955) LTD. had taken the “loyal services, customer first" objective and provides comprehensive pre and post sales service, through unceasing growth and development to obtain customer's trust and approval, successfully gaining the ISO-9001 designation in 2002. LEPACK CO. (1955) LTD. will constantly strive to bring in advance industry machineries and continue to make contributions to the manufacturing industry. At the same time, to further our expansion and exposure in mainland China, we plan to participate in more exhibitions in the Pearl River Delta and the Eastern China area and build additional point of sell in the mainland. 利百有限公司附屬於日昇集團，於 1955 年成立，業務主要是在香港代理各種金屬加工的機械設備，今年已踏入 50 週年。利百前身為利百洋行，於 1920 年開始以民生用品貿易為主業；其後於 1955 年註冊成為利百有限公司，開始服務香港工業界。

 

過去 50 年來，利百見證了香港工業的轉變，可說是伴隨著香港工業的成長。並於 60 年代初積極參與香港中華廠商會舉辦的工展會 , 更得到工業屆的認同 , 而在 1970 年代，香港工業開始起飛，利百率先從世界各地引入銑床、磨床、車床、放電等質優的工業模具器材。 1980 年代開始，香港工業界有所改變，從以往的「重量」改變成為「重質量」，利百是全港第一間引入數控銑床和數控加工中心的機械代理商，成為當時工業機械界的翹楚。 1990 年代起，香港的工業大部分北移，利百遂於深圳設立維修服務辦事處，以服務廠商。

隨著時間巨輪的轉動，轉眼踏入廿一世紀。經歷 2001 年的『美國 911 事件』、 2003 年『非典型肺炎』和『美伊戰爭』，香港工業界面對空前的艱難時期，利百為了幫助業界共度難關，除了大幅下調機械售價外，亦推出「現金購機回饋計劃」、「全年機床檢查計劃」等，令客戶直接降低生產成本，應付市場挑戰。

 

利百現時在香港代理多個來自歐洲、台灣、日本知名品牌的多款金屬加工機械設備，應用於玩具、電器、鐘錶、首飾、眼鏡等等多個製造行業。

 

現時，利百獨家代理４個品牌產品，包括西班牙「 KONDIA 利剛牌」銑床和高速加工中心；台灣「 BATAR 百得牌」銑床、加工中心、平面磨床、放電加工機、 CNC 放電加工機、車床和慢走絲線切割機床；台灣「 NUMERIKON 精電牌」放電加工機、 CNC 放電加工機和慢走絲線切割機床；台灣「 KONTROLMATIC 剛得牌」平面磨床。
